When you install and use each new application, the size of the AppData folder becomes larger. You can clean the AppData\Local\Temp directory without harming Windows. For example, the Local directory contains the Temp directory used by programs to store temporary files. The AppData directory over time accumulates quite a lot of temporary files and other garbage, which takes up a lot of disk space. The environment variable for this directory is %APPDATA%. This directory allows the user to always work with the familiar environment on any server in the Remote Desktop Services farm when using roaming profiles or User Profile Disks.
This can store browser data, bookmarks, etc.
This application settings folder can be transferred (moved) to another computer. This directory also cannot be moved to another computer. It is also used by low-level access systems, for example, for temporary files of your browser when working in protected mode. LocalLow is used mainly for buffer data generated by various apps (Internet Explorer, Java, Adobe, etc.).
